Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledge the Gayiri (Kairi) people, the traditional custodians of the land, skies and waterways where we live, work and create.

We pay our deep respects to their Elders, past, present and emerging.

We honour the skies above Gayiri Country and the birds that fly through them. For First Nations peoples, birds are ancestors, messengers and vital guides for the seasons and stories of the land. The sky is a living canvas of the Dreamtime, where every flight carries the songlines that have guided the Gayiri people for millennia.

We recognise that this land and sky always was and always will be, First Nations land.
